  4. Dear sir or madam:

I have been searching online for a 2 inch wide belt. Everything size comes up when searching for 2″ wides belts. Your sure can make it easier for me by telling me if you have a 2″ wide belt in either dark brown or black, maybe even a real dark red.

I measured a belt that fits and its 47 inches from end to end. My pants size is 38.

The reason it has to be 2″ wide is because I received a gift from the RR, when I retired and it was a belt buckle with a big locomotive on it. It is exactly 2″ wide where the belt slide in the backe of the buckle.

  5. Hello,
I wanted to make you aware of a customer service issue. I enjoy the lovely products that rods has to offer, so last friday I placed an order for two quilts. One for my room and the other for my daughters. They were full price but lovely, so I splurged.
The following Monday (1 business day) after placing my order, the quilts were advertised as 20% off. I contacted customer service and was told they would not honor the sale price even though the merchandise had not been delivered. I asked to speak with a customer service supervisor and was told that I WAS speaking with the supervisor ( Jessica). I told he that it was unacceptable and unreasonable and she told me I could send an email to
rods@rods.com but that was the extent of the assistance she could provide.
I would hate to take this issue to social media but definitely will if it is not resolved Customer service is the core of any retail business, as I am sure you are aware.
    My order number is 100320687.
    Thank you,
    Lorie Welch
